The engineering company Finepart has received an order worth SEK 3 million from a new customer in the United Kingdom, according to a press release. The customer specializes in sheet metal and precision-machined components. The order concerns a Finecut system that was previously installed at a customer in Switzerland.The previous owner decided to move its production from Europe to China. Because the system contains control systems and technology that could not be exported to the new production facility, the system was repurchased by Finepart. After inspection and minor upgrades, the system has now been sold to the British customer.Delivery is planned for the second quarter of this year. Installation and training are expected to be carried out in the third quarter.
