The gas exploration company Igrene is calling an extraordinary general meeting on 13 July to elect a new board after the recently completed new share issue. Chairman Sven Otto Littorin and board member Karl Åke Johansson have declined re-election, and a proposal for a new board will be presented ahead of the meeting.
