The property company Mofast has received payment in the form of shares and convertibles in the medical technology company Episurf after the previously announced sale of 36 community properties, mainly LSS housing. The payment includes 1.71 billion B shares worth SEK 77 million at the subscription price of 4.5 öre per share, as well as convertibles of approximately SEK 164.5 million. After the allocation, Mofast owns around 28 percent of Episurf, excluding the convertibles.
