Beverage company Umida announces that the transfer of the sale of parts of the company’s alcohol brands to Spring Wine & Spirits, a subsidiary of Spendrups, has been completed. The fixed purchase price of SEK 12 million has now been paid to Umida.Umida will handle deliveries to Systembolaget during a transition period until the third quarter, when Spring Wine & Spirits will take over full responsibility. In addition, an additional purchase price of up to SEK 6 million may be paid over the next two years depending on the sales performance of the brands.
